Coaching is an investment of intention, time, and attention. The return is not simply personal growth—it is stronger, more intentional leadership.
Coaching can help leaders:
Make thoughtful decisions amid complexity
Communicate with greater presence and influence
Navigate change with greater confidence and clarity
Cultivate trust—in themselves, their teams, and others
Build stronger, more meaningful relationships
Lead in alignment with their values and aspirations

Coaching is a highly individualized experience, and engagements can vary based on the scope, cadence, and format of the work.
I partner with individual leaders and organizations to design an engagement that aligns with the client's needs, desired outcomes, and preferences. Fees and engagement options are discussed during our initial chemistry conversation.

Both.
I offer virtual and in-person coaching, with the format and cadence determined based on your needs, preferences, and location.

Ready to explore what coaching could look like for you?
The first step is simply a conversation.
A complimentary chemistry call gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what is bringing you to coaching, and determine whether this could be the right partnership for you.
The Coaching Experience
Every coaching engagement is designed around the individual. While no two coaching relationships look exactly alike, my approach follows four intentional stages:
Alignment
The right coaching relationship begins with the right fit
We begin with a complimentary first conversation—a chance for us to get to know one another, discuss what is bringing you to coaching, and explore what you hope to accomplish.
I’ll also share more about my approach, offerings, and fees so that you have a clear understanding of what the experience can look like. Most importantly, this conversation gives both of us the opportunity to determine whether we are the right coaching partners for one another.
Discovery
We begin by understanding where you are and where you want to go.
Once we decide to move forward, we begin with an extended 90-minute discovery session. This time allows us to establish the foundation for our work together, explore your goals and aspirations, and begin to understand the experiences, patterns, and perspectives that shape your leadership.
Together, we will establish a coaching agreement that clarifies our shared expectations, responsibilities, and commitments to the coaching relationship.
Coaching
Dedicated time to pause, reflect, and think differently.
Our coaching sessions may be virtual or in person, typically scheduled every two to three weeks. You bring what is most present for you—a challenge, decision, relationship, opportunity, or question you want to explore.
Together, we’ll slow down, examine perspectives and assumptions, uncover what may be beneath the surface, and create space for new possibilities. Your goals serve as our compass, while the time between sessions allows you to reflect, experiment, and put new insights into practice.
Close
Recognize, celebrate, and carry the progress and learning forward.
At the conclusion of our engagement, we’ll come together for a dedicated closing session to reflect on the goals we established, the insights and growth that emerged, and your experience throughout the coaching relationship.
We’ll consider what has shifted, what you want to carry forward, and how you can continue applying the learning beyond our time together.
